Meso operemo, obrišemo s kuhinjsko krpo in narežemo na majhne koščke.

V ponev damo malo olja in dodamo meso, ko začne rjaveti, dodamo vino in pustimo, da se ocvrti, dokler ne pade, na koncu dodamo narezano domačo klobaso in skupaj pustimo cvreti približno 5 minut.
